Our Company

How it all started:

A traditional trading company founded in 1947, specializing in Import & Export of spices, culinary herbs and dried vegetables – originally based across from the famous “Hamburger Speicherstadt” - in an old office building which used to use a “paternoster”.

Who we are today:

An international company specializing in raw food ingredients – featuring a modern office and warehouse facility. Also in the 21st Century we use the latest communication and IT technology, and established strong personal contact with our suppliers to open up the world market.

What makes us special:

Our team of professional experts have many years of product and market knowledge, combined with strong vendor relationships in producing countries globally. We have the world market, with all of the known risks, exchange fluctuations and natural occurrences in constant supervision. High quality in service and product is the defined goal set by management.

We are fast, flexible and competent. Our flat organizational structure allows us to trade with minimum bureaucracy and remain customer focused. Special attention is paid by guaranteeing supply of product and a timely delivery.

What we do for you:

• We control the whole supply chain from the manufacturing plant in the origin to our customers
• All imported lots are under regular control by an accredited lab
• We maintain a large product selection locally in our own warehouse
• Upon request, we also deliver our natural products carefully treated using a “Steam Sterilized” process
